Our foundation offers free baseball camps throughout the Philadelphia area. The four-day camps, open to children ages 6-12, stress the fundamentals of the game while incorporating important life lessons .

EULOGIZING RICHIE ASHBURN
Since 1949 the name Richie Ashburn has been synonymous with Philadelphia baseball. His love for the game was matched only by his love of watching kids learn and play the game.
Over the past 28 years the Ashburn-Kalas Foundation has provided free baseball camps in the Philadelphia area for 1,000 children each summer. The Foundation has also helped fund several academic grants to local private schools.
